Individual and small group Instrumental lessons
I am writing to you as your child has had the opportunity to have free small group/individual instrumental lessons provided by Bird College at Upland Primary School. The government funding for free instrumental lessons unfortunately stopped over a year ago and the school has found it necessary to ask parents to contribute to the cost of existing small group/individual instrumental lessons. We ask parents to commit to paying for 30 lessons over the year. Parents can choose to pay for all 30 lessons in one payment at the beginning of the year or in three payments of ten lessons at the beginning of each term. The lessons will cost £3 per 20 min group lesson (with up to six children), £4 per 20 min group lesson (with up to 4 children) or £6 per 15 min individual lesson. For more information please refer to the letter in the parents section of the site.

Dear Parents/Guardians, Theatre Club every Tuesday has returned for another term on the 10th January. Anybody is welcome to attend. The class incorporates dance, singing and drama. It is fantastic for helping to build your child’s confidence and self-esteem, as well as improving movement, musical and social skills. The class is every Tuesday at 3.20pm-4.20pm for years Reception, 1,2 and 3 and 4.20pm-5.20pm for years 4,5 and 6, you’ll find us in the school hall. No previous experience is necessary. To join us, e-mail or call me to check availability, new pupils are very welcome next Tuesday, however there are lots more spaces in the 2nd class rather than the 1st class. The class is only £3 per lesson, there are 10 weeks in our term, so £30 is payable. You can pay this by cash, cheque, or bank transfer, whichever is easiest for you. If you have any questions about the classes or my school Bexley Theatretrain please get in touch. I thoroughly enjoy teaching dance during school time on a Tuesday (I’ve taught all year groups now) so if your child feels a little bit shy, it’s likely they already know me! I look forward to hearing from you and hope to see lots of new, eager, faces next Tuesday! Best Wishes, Kate Text or call: 0796 2203222 Or E-mail Kate at: firstname.lastname@example.org www.theatretrain.co.uk
